Healthy Family Dinners

Having a hard time satisfying picky eaters? If you read "Plan My Baby" you would know that diversity in meals in important in the growing stage. Don't buy cheap TV dinners because it can and will affect your child's growth. Also using purified water for cooking is extremely important. Fresh fruit and vegetables should be around the house at all times. That's your tip of the day!
