Is daycare right for your child? In my case I thought it was necessary for my child to join a program due to the lack of family. My first boy had no one his age to play with! But if you are serious about daycare it is crucial to do your research and watch your child for the first few days of daycare to see what he is doing and what others are doing to him. The worst thing you can do is completely trust a daycare program. Get a feel of the environment and if your child likes it and has no physical or mental affects then he/she should be fine.
